The private pool at 'Joint Venture' is a saltwater/saline pool. The water in a saltwater/saline pool feels softer and does not dry out your skin or burn your eyes like chlorine pools sometimes can. Saltwater pools use a chemical process to turn salt into chlorine and keep the chemical levels continually balanced.
Saturday check-in day. Non-smoking. No pets. Parking for 4-5 cars. Approximate distance to beach is 820'. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins, 2 Bunk Sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
